Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Yield: about 5 dozen

Ingredients:
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup mild brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 12 ounces (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
- 12 ounces (2 cups) peanut butter chips

Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Next, mix the flour and baking soda; mounted apart.
