Asparagus With Orange Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
asparagus, raw
orange juice, raw
orange juice, raw
butter, without salt
salt, table
Directions:
Blanch asparagus by placing in a saucepan and covering asparagus with water.
Cook till crisp-tender.
Drain off water.
Combine orange juice, orange zest, butter and salt in saucepan and heat till thickened.
Pour over asparagus and serve.
Chefs Notes: Not much room for improvement here.
