1¾ teaspoons cumin seed
1 cup roasted crimson bell peppers (to a jar)
1 tablespoon new lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 medium garlic clove
⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup furthermore 1 tablespoon additional-virgin olive oil
