Ingredients:
- 13 oz (360 g) Raisins
- 13 fl oz (400 mL) Water
- 2 fl oz (50 mL) Water, cold
- 1�"2 oz (15 g) Cornstarch or changed starch
- 4 oz (114 g) Sugar
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Salt
- 31�"2 tsp (18 mL) Lemon juice
- 1�"2 tsp (2 mL) Grated lemon zest
- 1�"5 tsp (1 mL) Cinnamon
- 0.6 oz (18 g) Butter

Directions:
1. First, mix the raisins and water in a saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes.
2. Next, blend the water and starch. Stir into the raisins and simmer until finally thickened.
