Tahitian Grilled Steak
Ingredients:
beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
plums, raw
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
oil, olive, salad or cooking
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
spices, garlic powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and marinate steak overnight.
Preheat grill; grill to desired doneness (8 minutes per side for Medium).
Slice steak on diagonal into 1/2 inch strips and serve.
