Coconut Scented Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients:
nuts, macadamia nuts, raw
sweetener, syrup, agave
vanilla extract
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
salt, table

Directions:
On a rimmed baking sheet, roast nuts at 250* for 10-12 minutes.
Drizzle agave syrup and vanilla over nuts, mixing well to coat.
Return to the oven for 2 more minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and toss with coconut and salt.
Spread on baking sheet and let cool to room temperature before serving.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
