Better-for-You Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
croutons, plain
cheese, parmesan, hard
salad dressing, italian dressing, commercial, regular
Directions:
Toss lettuce with chicken, croutons and cheese in large salad bowl.
Add dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
