Diminished-Bodyweight Vinaigrette
Yield: 1 qt (1 L)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 mL) Wine vinegar
- 1 pt (500 mL) Jus Lié created with white stock, vegetable stock, or vegetable juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) White pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) Salad oil, olive oil, or element salad oil and chapter olive oil
Directions:
1. First, mix alongside one another the vinegar, jus lié, salt, and white pepper till the salt is dissolved.
2. Next, getting a cord whip or a blending unit, combination in the oil.
3. Finally, combination or stir all over again prior to working with.
