Chilled Tomato and Basil Soup

Ingredients:
- 4 lb (2 kg) Tomatoes, ripe
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil
- 1�"4 oz (7 g) Garlic, chopped
- 11�"2 qt (1.5 L) Chicken broth
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Clean green or pink chiles, seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Grated lemon zest
- 1 oz (30 g) fresh basil, slice chiffonade
- 2 fl oz (60 mL) Lemon juice
- to taste Salt Garnish
- as favored (as chosen) fresh basil, slash chiffonade
Directions:
