Healthy Bisquick Mix (Whole Wheat & No Trans Fats)
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
oil, canola
Directions:
1.
Combine dry ingredients well in a large bowl.
2.
Rub in the oil with fingers to make fine crumbs.
3.
Store in a large ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
Makes 5 1/2 cups.
