Ingredients:
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Place cocoa powder in medium saucepan, and slowly whisk in milk.
Add chocolate, and warm over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth and hot.
