Peanut Butter Granola Bars
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
oats
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
nuts, almonds
spices, cinnamon, ground
honey
raisins, seeded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter (microwave on high at 30-second intervals.)
In a large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, peanuts, almonds, and cinnamon.
Add honey and mix to combine.
Add melted peanut butter and mix until evenly moistened.
Fold raisins into the dough with a large spoon or with your hands.
Coat a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
Press the dough into the baking dish.
Bake for 2025 minutes, until golden brown.
