Vegetarian Burger Gift Mix
Ingredients:
beans, snap, green, raw
margarine, regular, hard, soybean (hydrogenated)
lentils, raw
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
oats
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
wheat germ, crude
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
spices, parsley, dried
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
Directions:
Mix:.
Grind the beans, nuts, seeds & oats until they resemble coarse flour.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Store in an airtight container.
Shake before using to distribute the ingredients.
Makes 4 cups, enough for 8 burgers or 24 fritters.
Burgers:.
Mix and let stand 15 minutes.
Shape into patties and fry in hot oil until the bottom is brown.
Turn, cover and cook about 5 minutes longer.

Shape into 6 balls and deep fry.
