A Better Chili Seasoning Mix
Ingredients:
spices, chili powder
salt, table
spices, cumin seed
spices, oregano, dried
salt, table
spices, onion powder
spices, garlic powder
Directions:
In a small bowl mix all ingredients together.
Store in an airtight container, we use small glass mason jars, for up to 6 months.
This mix is just about as salty as store-bought seasoning.
Feel free to adjust the salt level to your taste.
Or leave out the salt completely for a no-salt chili seasoning mix!
