German Almond Cake
German Almond Cake
Ingredients:
7 oz cream, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups flour, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp baking powder, 125g melted butter, 4 oz slivered almonds, 3 tbsp milk.
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together. In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gradually mix the flour mixture into the eggs, alternating with cream until a smooth dough forms. Spread dough on a greased tray and bake at 400
