Thin Shrimp Salsa
16 oz cooked peeled shrimp, diced wonderful
4 vine ripe tomatoes, diced high-quality
6 tbsp purple onion, finely diced
3 tbsp jalapenos, diced good (even more or a lot less to flavor)
2 tbsp minced cilantro
2 limes, juice of (or even more to style)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions:
Mix diced onions, tomatoes, salt and lime juice inside a non-reactive bowl and allow it sit over 5 minutes. Incorporate the currently being elements in just a substantial bowl, style for salt and alter as expected. Refrigerate and permit the flavors blend at minimum an hour right before serving.
Would make 4 1/4 cups.
