Christmas Snack Mix
Ingredients:
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
pretzels, soft, unsalted
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
nuts, pecans
cranberries, dried, sweetened
butter, without salt
sugars, brown
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and cranberries.
Melt butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and cayenne, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Drizzle butter mixture over popcorn mixture and toss well to coat.
