Herb Burgers

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons parsley flakes, 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion, 1 teaspoon chopped chives, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 clove garlic (minced), 1/4 teaspoon salt, Dash of pepper, 1 pound ground round

Directions:
Combine all components well. Form into 4 patties. Grill. Note: If you are lucky enough to have fresh parsley and/or chives, use about 3 times as much.
