Margherita Pizza Pockets
Ingredients:
house of pasta, pizza dough,
cheese, mozzarella, low sodium
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
spices, basil, dried
Directions:
Place dough on lightly floured work surface.
Cut into 8 pieces.
Roll each into a ball and stretch dough into 3 inch circles.
Place cheese, sauce and basil in the center of each, dividing equally.
Fold dough over to enclose and pinch to seal.
Place on prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
