Pomegranate and Blueberry Jars
Ingredients:
oats
blueberries, raw
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
seeds, chia seeds, dried
pomegranate juice, bottled
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Layer the ingredients in the jars.
At least 15 minutes before serving, or up to overnight, add 1/2 cup milk or juice and shake vigorously to combine.
