Mexican Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
cornstarch
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
leavening agents, baking soda
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients.
Add in: 1 tbsp.
white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. cool water
Mix with fork.
Put mix in 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
Cold cake before glazing.
