Triple-Apple Raisin Bread

Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
leavening agents, baking soda
apples, raw, with skin
apples, raw, with skin
cream, sour, cultured
butter, without salt
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
raisins, seeded

Directions:
Place all ingredients, except raisins, into the pan in the order listed or as needed by your bread machine.
Add the raisins when the breadmaker beeps during the second kneading.
