Dipping Sauce for Lumpia
Ingredients:
sugars, brown
vinegar, distilled
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
amazonas rainforest product, tapioca starch,
water, bottled, generic
spices, ginger, ground
Directions:
In a 2-quart pan mix sugar and vinegar and soy sauce.
Stir over high heat until sugar dissolves.
Mix tapioca starch with water; add to sugar mixture and stir sauce until it boils.
Remove from heat.
Add 2 tbsp.
fresh minced ginger.
