Microwave Medium White Sauce
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Melt butter in a glass measuring cup or 1 quart dish on full power 30 seconds.
Blend in flour and salt until smooth.
Add milk and stir constantly.
Heat uncovered on 70% power 3-4 minutes or until thickened and smooth, stirring every minute.
