Jumbo Fluffy Sugar Cookie
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
egg substitute, powder
vanilla extract
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir the butter and sugar together until creamed.
Add the egg and vanilla until mixed.
Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar and stir until fully incorporated.
Place the dough in the center of the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes until the edges are browned.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
