Sunflower Butter Treats

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
nuts, almonds
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
honey
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,

Directions:
Things youll need: mixing bowl, a spoon to mix ingredients, measuring cup, measuring spoons, airtight container, cooling rack or parchment paper and a double boiler (or a homemade double boiler-sized pot and a glass bowl to fit over the potbowl should not be touching the water).

Mix sunflower butter, almond meal, coconut flour and honey in a mixing bowl until it all sticks together and forms a ball of dough.

Place the dough in the fridge in an airtight container for 1 hour.

Then take the dough out of the fridge and form it into bite-size balls.
Fill the double boiler or the pot with 1 inch of water and bring it to a simmer.

Put the chocolate bar in the top of the double boiler (or the bowl that you will use as your homemade double boiler).
Heat chocolate until melted.
Once melted, remove bowl from heat.
5.
Start to dip the bite-sized treats into the melted chocolate until covered completely.
6.
Set the chocolate covered treats on a dish or counter that youve lined with parchment paper or a cooling rack until set.
Serve.
Store in an airtight container.
