Sweet Lentil Stew (East Africa)
Ingredients:
lentils, raw
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
spices, cardamom
sugars, granulated
salt, table
Directions:
Cook lentils as directed by pkg until soft.
Drain.
Combine lentils and everything else.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer, uncovered, until liquid thickens.
