Sweet and Savoury Fish

Ingredients:
sauce, fish, ready-to-serve
sugars, brown
spices, ginger, ground
spices, curry powder
mustard, prepared, yellow
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
water, bottled, generic
vinegar, distilled

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except flaked fish.
Bring to the boil over a low heat until thickened.
Add flaked fish and simmer gently until heated through.
Serve on a bed of rice.
