Simple Classic Ketchup
Ingredients:
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
sugars, granulated
vinegar, distilled
salt, table
spices, onion powder
spices, garlic powder
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl, I prefer to use a whisk.
If you are using a spoon, stir after each addition for the first four ingredients.
Pour into a quart jar (a canner funnel helps for this) and put in the fridge!
