Raisin Bread - Bread Machine
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
butter, without salt
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
raisins, seeded
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Place ingredients into bread pan in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer.
I put the raisins in after the beep or after the first knead to avoid the bread machine going all HULK SMASH!
on them, but it is up to you.
Oh yeah, bake on white.
