POSTUM Creamy Shake
Ingredients:
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
water, bottled, generic
ice creams, vanilla
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Dissolve instant beverage in hot water.
Pour into blender container.
Add ice cream and milk; cover.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Serve immediately.
