Creamy Dreamy Shake
Ingredients:
ice creams, chocolate
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
In blender, process all ingredients until smooth.
Serve immediately
VARIATION: For a Dreamy Banana Shake -- increase milk to 1/2 cup and add 1 medium banana.
