Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients:
beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
soup, beef broth or bouillon canned, ready-to-serve
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, brown
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
spices, garlic powder
cornstarch
water, bottled, generic
broccoli, raw

Directions:
Grease the inside of a slow cooker.
Add steak, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
Cover and cook on high for 23 hours or low for 45 hours.
Make sure you check along the way if you canno matter what slow cooker I use, it always seems to cook faster!
In a small bowl, stir corn starch and water into a slurry.
Thirty minutes before serving, add to the slow cooker along with broccoli.
There is no need to defrost the broccoli if you are using frozen.
Cover and cook for the remaining 30 minutes.
