Potato Soup Mix in a Jar
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
shortening, vegetable, household, composite
onions, raw
spices, parsley, dried
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, black
spices, thyme, dried
salt, table
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients well and pour into a 1 quart jar.
Seal and attach: Place 1/2 cup of soup mix in a bowl.
Add 1 cup boiling water and stir to smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
