Sour Cream Dressing
Ingredients:
onions, raw
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
vinegar, distilled
salt, table
sugars, granulated
cream, sour, cultured
Directions:
Saute' onion in butter.
Add flour, sugar and salt.
Slowly stir in sour cream and cook until thickened.
Add vinegar.
Serve hot over green beans or asparagus.
Fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 cup of grated cheese can be added if you like.
It makes it much more rich.
