Low-Fat Salmon Bisque

Ingredients:
fish, salmon, atlantic, wild, raw
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
onions, raw
celery, raw
parsley, fresh
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, baking soda
honey
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
butter, without salt
cornstarch
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Combine first six ingredients (salmon, tomato juice, celery, onion, water and parsley) and simmer fifteen minutes.
Add the next six ingredients (baking soda, honey, salt, pepper, butter and cornstarch).
Mix well until the butter has completely melted and thin with milk.
Using less or more milk for the consistency you like.
