Chilled English Pea Soup
Ingredients:
peas, green, frozen, unprepared
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
soup, vegetable broth, ready to serve
Directions:
Place all ingredients except water or broth in a high speed blender.
Add water or broth until velvety smooth.
Season to taste.
Serve very cold with shredded or julienne radishes, diced ham of your choice and a fresh pea sprout or two on top.
