Multi Spice Rubbed Steaks
Ingredients:
spices, cumin seed
sugars, brown
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, oregano, dried
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, garlic powder
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
Directions:
To toast cumin seeds, place in a small heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat until aromatic, 1 to 2 minutes.
Slightly crush cumin seeds and combine with brown sugar, cinnamon, oregano, salt, cayenne pepper., and garlic powder.
Trim fat from steaks, then rub all over with spice mix.
Coat grill with nonstick cooking spray and prepare for medium direct heat.
Grill steaks, turning once, to desired doneness; 11-15 minutes for medium rare, 14-18 minutes for medium.
