Spiced Nuts
Ingredients:
egg, white, raw, fresh
nuts, pecans
sugars, granulated
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Heat oven to 300F degrees.
Mix egg white and pecans until nuts are coated& sticky.
Mix together sugar& cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats the nuts.
Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
