Rice Chex Candy Cookie
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
syrups, corn, light
vanilla extract
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
nuts, pecans
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
Directions:
Boil sugar and Karo for one minute.
Remove from stove.
Add vanilla and peanut butter, blend together.
Pour over Rice Chex and nuts.
Mix well and drop on wax paper.
