Made at Home Homemade Naan (Using a Bread Maker)

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
salt, table
sugars, granulated
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Directions:
Place the bread pan on the scale.
Put the ingredients in the pan in the listed order.
Select the dough-only setting and press start.
After making the dough, gently press out the air and divide it into quarters.
Lightly cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Press it out thinly with your hands.
It's okay to roll it out with a rolling pin.
Heat a frying pan over low heat and brown both sides of the dough.
Since you don't use oil, try to use a non-stick pan.
Once it's deliciously browned on both sides, enjoy.
