Spring Casserole

Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
mushrooms, white, raw
peas, green, frozen, unprepared
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
spices, rosemary, dried
spices, thyme, dried
delallo, italian seasoned breadcrumbs,

Directions:
Saute potatoes, mushrooms, peas, milk, flour, rosemary, and thyme in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Spoon in casserole and top with breadcrumbs.
Cook in oven at 350F for 25 minutes.
