Blue curacao
Champagne
1 ounce vodka
1 sugar dice
1. Soak the sugar dice in blue curacao in a little bowl.
2. Pour the champagne into a cocktail shaker.
3. Allow for stand for 5 seconds.
4. Add vodka.
5. Stir.
6. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
7. Drop in the curacao-moist sugar dice.
