Easy Egg and Milk Free Chocolate-Style Cake
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
raisins, seeded
syrup, maple, canadian
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a bowl, and sift.
Chop the raisins.
Add the ingredients into the Step 1 bowl, and fold them in.
Add the raisins and mix.
Pour into the pan, and smooth out the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 180C.
Insert a bamboo skewer to test the cake, and if it comes out clean, it's done.
When cooled, remove from the pan, and cut into portions of your desired size.
