Energy Balls
Ingredients:
oats
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
honey
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
wheat germ, crude
vanilla extract
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, coconut, wheat germ, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
Roll oat mixture into ping pong-sized balls.
Place in a container and store in refrigerator.
