Applesauce Cheesecake
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine or butter.
Press crumb mixture on bottom and side of 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
Refrigerate.
Mix milk, applesauce and cinnamon in small bowl; add cheesecake filling.
Mix according to package directions.
Spread into prepared crust; refrigerate 1 hour.
Garnish as desired.
