Zucchini with Tomatoes
Ingredients:
squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
salt, table
butter, without salt
Directions:
Heat butter in a pot.
Add zucchini amd salt.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, simmer 20 minutes.
Then cover for 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
