Butterscotch Sauce for Ice Cream
Ingredients:
syrup, maple, canadian
sugars, brown
butter, without salt
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
Directions:
Mix Karo syrup, brown sugar, butter and a dash of salt in pot.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add in cream (or evaporated milk).
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Store in fridge and reheat in microwave if you have any left over.
