Ingredients:
dates, deglet noor
nuts, pecans
oats
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Put the dates into a big mixing bowl.
Using a rotary cheese grater, grate the pecans into the bowl.
Use a strong fork to cream together the dates & pecans.
Add the oats (small rolled oats, not jumbo) and water.
Knead the dough together.
Scoop up the dough 1 teaspoon at a time and roll into little balls.
