vegan chocolate strawberry cupcakes
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, distilled
vanilla extract
Directions:
preheat oven to 350
in a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of water, the oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and whisk until just combined.
Fill cupcake cups.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool.
